These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kashaa (the "App," "Service," or "Kashaa"), operated by Stewardship Website Application Services ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By creating an account or using Kashaa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Kashaa is a personal finance tracking application. It lets you manually record expenses, income, transfers, budgets, and debts across accounts you tell it about (for example, a bank account, an e-wallet like GCash or Maya, or cash on hand).
Kashaa is not a bank, electronic money issuer, lending company, remittance provider, or financial advisor, and it is not licensed or regulated as one by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or any other financial regulator. Kashaa does not connect to, access, or move money in or out of your actual bank accounts or e-wallets. Every balance, transaction, and account shown in Kashaa is based entirely on information you manually entered - Kashaa has no way of verifying it against your real accounts, and you are responsible for making sure it's accurate.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Kashaa. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Kashaa is designed primarily for users in the Philippines, and these Terms should be read with that in mind, but the App may be accessible from other countries via the App Store or Google Play.
Kashaa does not use passwords. You sign in exclusively through your existing Google Account or Apple ID. You're responsible for keeping those accounts secure - if someone gains access to your Google or Apple account, they may be able to access your Kashaa data. Each Kashaa account is intended for one individual person; you may not share your account or use someone else's without their permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App's settings. See Section 8 for what happens to your data when you do.
Kashaa's free tier includes expense, income, debt, and budget tracking, up to 3 accounts, 3 budgets, 5 payees, and 6 categories, at no cost, for as long as you use the App.
Kashaa Premium is a paid subscription, billed at ₱89/month or ₱899/year, that raises those limits (currently up to 50 accounts, 100 budgets, 10,000 payees, and 200 custom categories) and includes everything in the free tier. Pricing may change over time; if it does, we'll give you reasonable notice before any change applies to you.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Kashaa. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings - Kashaa does not have the ability to cancel it for you. Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, and, where applicable, Philippine consumer protection law.
If your Kashaa Premium subscription ends - whether you cancel it or a payment fails - we do not delete any of your data. Everything you've already created (accounts, transactions, budgets, payees, categories) remains fully visible. If you're over the free tier's limits, the excess items become read-only until you either bring your usage back within the free limits or resubscribe: you can view their history, but you can't log new transactions against them, create new items beyond the free limits, or edit them until Premium is reactivated.
You own the financial information, notes, and other content you enter into Kashaa ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, sync, and back up Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we do not use it for anything other than operating and improving Kashaa for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Kashaa reflects what you tell it - it does not audit, verify, or guarantee that any balance, transaction, or record matches reality.
Kashaa's debt tracking feature ("Payees") lets you record money you've lent to or borrowed from other people. This is a personal bookkeeping tool only. Kashaa is not a party to, and has no involvement in, any actual debt, loan, or informal lending arrangement between you and anyone else. We do not verify, mediate, collect, or enforce any debt recorded in the App, and we have no relationship with the people you add as payees, who are not required to be Kashaa users themselves. Any dispute about an amount owed is strictly between you and that person - Kashaa's records are not proof of any legal obligation.

You may delete your account at any time. When you do, your data is marked for deletion and permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records to comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.
Kashaa, its logo, design, and underlying software are owned by Stewardship Website Application Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its software.
Kashaa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stewardship Website Application Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use Kashaa - including any financial decisions you make based on information shown in the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or ₱1,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the App or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Kashaa after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Kashaa will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dumaguete City, Philippines.
